In the Spring of 2017, Westhills Baseball declared the first Saturday of each May as Mike Noblitt Day. Prior to the first pitch of each game, both teams will line up on the base paths and face the Colt Field (a.k.a. Mike Noblitt Field) for a moment of silence.
Mike was known as "Mr. Westhills Baseball" for good reason. He was our grill master, contractor, field expert, watchdog, gopher hunter, and so much more. He was a hard working, genuine, and kind human being. Although we lost him far too soon, Westhills Baseball was extremely fortunate to have had him in our community for so many years.
In the Spring of 2020, Mike was awarded the Westhills Baseball Lifetime Achievement Award. It was presented by our past president, Andy Littwin, and accepted by Mike's widow, Vikki.
