Westhills Baseball runs on volunteers, including Team Managers and Assistant Coaches.
Team Managers are selected by the Division Directors prior to each season. Each team manager may have up to three Assistant Coaches registered and eligible to take the field for practices and games.

If selected, each Manager or Coach must pass a Live Scan background check. This is a one-time process. Download the form below and fill out your personal information. The information regarding Westhills Baseball is already filled in. Print it and take it to any location that performs Live Scan, such as a UPS Store. There will be a nominal fee payable to the Live Scan processing provider.
